These 30 Ramadan tips will help you make the most out of this blessed month. Ramadan is a time for spiritual reflection, self-improvement and increased devotion to Allah (SWT). By following these Ramadan tips, insha’Allah, you will be able to make the most of this special month and reap all the rewards that come with it.
For Muslims all over the globe, Ramadan is a month of fasting, prayers and reflection. It is a time to detach ourselves from the material world and focus on our inner spiritual world. Ramadan is also a time for charity and giving back to the community and the less fortunate. Ramadan is a month of blessings and opportunities. It is when we can draw closer to Allah and receive His mercy and forgiveness.
So how can we make the most out of this blessed month?
Here are 30 Ramadan tips to help you get started:
1. Get organized and plan your days ahead.
This will help you make the most out of your fasts and prayers. This includes getting a Ramadan planner to jot down your plans and goals for the month.
2. Wake up early before Fajr to eat suhoor.
This will give you the strength you need to get through the day.
3. Make du'a (supplication) a part of your daily routine.
Ramadan is a time when du'as are especially answered. Create a list of important personal du'as that you want Allah to grant you in your lifetime. Du'a and manifestation are conceptually similar, so the more specific your du'a, the better.
4. Recite Quran regularly.
Ramadan is the perfect time to catch up on your Quran reading. Allah mentions in the Quran:
“The month of Ramadan is that was revealed the Quran, a guidance for mankind and clear proofs of the guidance and criterion (of right and wrong).” [Quran, Surah al-Baqarah, Ayah 185]
This Ramadan, make it your goal to finish reading the Quran from cover to cover. About 20-30 pages per day to complete the entire Quran (30 Juz) on time!
5. Remember any good deeds are multiplied during Ramadan.
So take advantage of this and do as many good deeds as possible!

Knowledge is power, so you will be able to gain more benefits from this month. Listen to lectures and talks that will help you increase your knowledge about Islam since it's a time to learn and grow closer to Allah.

Ramadan is a special time, so document your experiences in a Ramadan journal. This will be a great way to reflect on your Ramadan journey and see how far you've come.

Ramadan is a month of blessings, and Laylat al-Qadr is the night of power and destiny!
Allah says in the Qur’an, “The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months” [Quran, Surah al-Qadr, Ayah 97].
This translation implies that any good act performed on the night is rewarded as though it had been carried out for 1,000 months! Laylat al-Qadr occurs on an odd night in the last ten days of Ramadan (for example, the 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th, or 29th night). “Seek it in the last ten days, on the odd nights,” remarked the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). (Bukhari)
24. Be charitable!
Ramadan is a month of giving and helping others. So do your part by giving to those in need.
Rasulullah (Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wa Sallam) has been authentically reported to have been extremely generous during Ramadan. (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 6, 1902 and Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 2308)

Ramadan is a time of giving, and one of the best ways to give is by giving zakat al-Fitr. This will help those less fortunate and make them feel part of the Muslim community.

Ramadan is a time of self-improvement, so use this opportunity to disregard any bad habits you may have.
28. Perform I'tikaf in the last ten nights of Ramadan.
I'tikaf is a Sunnah that can help you focus on worship and connect with Allah. So you may choose to spend the last ten days of Ramadan in seclusion (i'tikaf), where you solely concentrate on worship and refrain from worldly activities.
29. Spread the Ramadan spirit!
Ramadan is a time of peace and joy. Share the Ramadan spirit with those around you.
30. After completing Ramadan, don't miss the morning Eid prayer.
Eid is a time of celebration, and the morning prayer is an integral part of that.
Ramadan Mubarak! (Congratulations on reaching another blessed Ramadan!) Let us take advantage of this month and use it to better ourselves and our relationship with Allah.
